Our North Portland office is in network with Delta Dental Premier. For all other insurance plans at this location, we collect our office fees in full at the time of the visit. As a courtesy, we will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf, and your insurance plan will mail you a reimbursement check directly for any portion that they cover. Questions about your out-of-network insurance coverage should be directed to your insurance provider..

Our Tualatin office is in-network with all insurance plans under the Aetna umbrella, including Ameritas, Guardian, and Principal. Tualatin is also in network with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, and MetLife.
